Furniture Shipping Policies and Procedures
Holiday shipping: Sales processed after 12/15 cannot guarantee shipment prior to Christmas as our warehouses are closed 12/23 - 1/3. Items will be shipped out week of 1/4 if they are in stock.
Please read shipping policies carefully as you are agreeing to terms/conditions of our furniture sales. All furniture items are final sale. Due to the increased charges in manufacturing, shipping/logistics, increased fuel surcharges, furniture sales are final sale. When we purchase or manufacture these items we also agree to final sales and absorb massive shipping costs on our end to keep costs down for our customers. Due to increased shipping costs and limited local warehouse space, we cannot absorb increased shipping costs both ways. By purchasing items from our store you are agreeing to final sale on furniture. If for any reason your items is damaged or defect, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with several photos and received detailed instructions for pick up and replacement. We cannot offer refunds at this time. Items that include free shipping includes free curbside only. The truck carrier will not bring these items into your garage or in your home. They are only permitted to leave at the curb. You will receive a call for detailed delivery and you must be present to receive the shipment. You will need to sign for delivery.
Threshold option: If you choose the threshhold option, the carrier will bring inside the home and leave in the entry right inside the doorway. They will not unpack or remove any packaging. You will need to sign for any defects/damages; however, the carrier cannot wait while that's done (unless you chose white glove).
White glove delivery: If you choose white glove delivery, the carrier will bring the item into the room of your choice and remove/discard all packaging materials. Both options you are signing off on any damages. If for any reason the item is damaged do not discard material; as the manufacturer will not replace the item(s) without original packaing. Please see detailed dimensions of furniture pieces within items description. Furniture pieces too small or too large for the space intended will not warrant replacement.
